Master Pools Wins SPASA VIC Gold Award and SPASA National Silver Award for Best Display Pool Centre!

Every year SPASA recognizes excellence in the pool and spa industry by hosting the annual Awards of Excellence in each state, as well as finalists Nationally. This year at the Awards Gala Dinner held at the MCG, Master Pools were proud to be presented with the Gold award for Best Pool Display Centre in Victoria. As if we weren’t excited enough, shortly thereafter at the National Awards of Excellence Gala Dinner held at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Master Pools were presented with the Silver Award for Best Display Pool Centre, Australia.

Our customer pool display centre is a one of a kind pool and spa showroom with a number of our most popular pools and spas along with design and landscaping ideas. With so much access to inspiration on social media and online, it becomes hard for a customer to imagine just how a new pool would look in their own backyard, so our aim is to help them picture it.

Our display centre is custom designed to suit the Melbourne weather, inside a warehouse. It is the first and only pool display centre in Melbourne to be built completely undercover. Boasting 4 working fully landscaped pools, we are able to sell a whole solution so the consumer can literally pick say a “PALAZZO” and it can be locked in as is, or modified to suit their needs.

The four fibreglass pools are available in a range of surface finishes and colours, including Pool Colour Guard, which has a lifetime interior surface guarantee. All pools are fitted with a range of high quality Equipment, including Salt Chlorination, Energy Efficient Filtration, LED Lighting and where possible premium equipment solutions including Australia’s first 10-star energy rated Variable Speed Pump by Hayward, Solar, Heating, and full Automation systems. We also let a Robotic Cleaner run so consumers can see it working in real time. Each pool/spa is unique in its own way, whether it be made with water features, built for energy efficiency or a family pool.

As mentioned, each display pool is fully landscaped, and customers love to see our range of options- from simple pavers and plants complimented by garden lighting, to a complete outdoor kitchen featuring a BBQ and fridge. Once the customer has had a look around the Customer Pool Display Centre we then take them into the showroom where we can sit and explain their options and answer their questions. The showroom is also fitted with a lot of product information and demo units where we can teach the customers about equipment. There is ample off-street carparking and access from the showroom.
