This family envisioned a sophisticated pool and spa combination that would transform their sloping block into a backyard retreat. With overhead powerlines and established trees creating obstacles, plus undulating terrain to navigate, this project required careful planning and specialised equipment to bring their vision to life.

- Spa: Nova 2.2 x 1.8m with spillway connection
- Colour: Twilight
- Access Solution: Powerlines temporarily dropped, trees cut back for crane access
- Excavation:a day installation with Franna and crawler cranes for placement on the undulating site
- Pool equipment: Salt Chlorinator, Pool Solar Heating, Maytronics Dolphin DB1 cleaner, Gas Spa Heater, Spa Jets and Blower, Spa Electrics LED lighting (2 pool + 1 spa)
- Site Conditions: Sandy soil
The Outcome The combination of the Palazzo pool with its connected Nova spa creates the perfect year-round entertaining space. The spillway feature adds a touch of luxury while the Twilight colour enhances the sophisticated ambiance. What was once a challenging sloping site has been transformed into a stunning focal point that maximises both relaxation and entertainment potential.
