Melbourne Pool Builder Featured Twice on 9Life’s Hit Show
We’re thrilled to announce that Master Pools has been featured not once, but twice on 9Life’s popular lifestyle program Australia’s Best Pools. This national recognition on one of Australia’s favourite lifestyle channels highlights our commitment to creating extraordinary backyards for Melbourne families and cements our position as Melbourne’s leading fibreglass pool builder.
Australia’s Best Pools: 9Life’s Ultimate Swimming Pool Showcase
Now entering its fourth season, 9Life’s Australia’s Best Pools has established itself as the country’s definitive pool and outdoor living program. Each episode takes viewers on an inspiring journey through Australia’s most spectacular residential pools, from initial concept to breathtaking completion.
The show features an all-star hosting lineup including:
- Dave Franklin – The Block’s celebrated landscape designer
- Jessie Roberts – Host of the top-rated “Vanish” podcast
- Harries – Beloved lifeguard from Bondi Rescue
- James Treble – Acclaimed interior designer and host of Open Homes Australia and Renovate or Rebuild
The hosts guide viewers through innovative designs, cutting-edge technology, and transformative outdoor spaces that redefine luxury living.
Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Look at Our Award-Winning Display Centre
One of our television segments provides viewers with an exclusive tour of our Cranbourne West display centre – the only fully undercover pool showroom in Melbourne and SPASA winner of Best Pool Display Centre in Victoria.
“Our display centre changes how Melburnians shop for pools,” explains Matt Milnes, founder and owner of Master Pools, during his on-camera interview with 9Life. “Instead of trying to imagine how a pool might look based on brochures or digital renderings, customers can experience multiple fully-functional pools in realistic settings, regardless of Melbourne’s unpredictable weather.”
The television feature showcases our customer experience, highlighting how our indoor facility allows families to:
- Walk around and experience four different premium pool designs
- See advanced pool technology operating in real-time
- Explore various landscaping and outdoor living options
- Imagine how similar designs would transform their own backyards
Stunning Sandhurst Installation Featured on National Television
The second segment takes viewers to a fibreglass pool in Sandhurst, featuring an interview with our General Manager, Cam Waddell. This property demonstrates the potential of our flagship Grandeur fibreglass pool in striking black coral with raised spa and spillway water feature:
- Impressive 9.65 x 4.8 dimensions providing ample space for both recreation and entertainment
- Elevated Nova spa with stunning mosaic tiling creating a high-end concrete-look finish
- Integrated water features that transform the pool into a stunning visual centerpiece
- Sophisticated landscaping including granite pavers by Creative Image Landscapes that perfectly complements the pool’s contemporary design
“This installation perfectly demonstrates how the right pool design can completely transform not just a backyard, but a family’s entire lifestyle,” notes Cam during his 9Life television interview. “The Grandeur’s generous proportions and elegant lines make it one of our most popular models for Melbourne’s larger properties.”
Australian-Made Quality: The Aqua Technics Advantage
The television feature also highlights our exclusive partnership with Aqua Technics, Australia’s premier pool manufacturer with a legacy of excellence dating back to 1976. As the segment explains, these technologically advanced pools offer Melbourne homeowners significant advantages:
- Quick installation process compared to traditional construction methods
- Lifetime structural warranty providing unmatched peace of mind
- Exclusive Colourguard protection ensuring your fibreglass pool stays vibrant year after year
- 100% Australian-made quality, manufactured in Perth using premium materials
“Our partnership with Aqua Technics gives Master Pools customers access to the most advanced fibreglass pool technology available in Australia,” Cam explains. “Our pools are specifically engineered to withstand Melbourne’s unique soil conditions, climate variations and we have the biggest range of fibreglass pool shells to choose from to suit every type of backyard.”
